  1. Orders

Customers must provide their correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address when placing an order.

  1. Order Confirmation

All orders will be confirmed through WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. PowerMedZone reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed orders.

  1. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be communicated to the customer during order confirmation. Customers may be required to pay delivery charges in advance before their order is dispatched.

  1. Cash on Delivery

The remaining product payment must be paid when the parcel is received, for orders approved for Cash on Delivery.

  1. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Cancellations and Returns

Customers should contact PowerMedZone promptly if they wish to cancel an order. Return or exchange requests will be reviewed according to the product category, product condition, and applicable law. Products that cannot legally or safely be returned may be excluded.
